1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bpexch app — whether through the website at bpexchapp.win or the mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering, and registered account holders who place bets, access the game lobby, participate in bingo or use any other feature of bpexch app.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using bpexch app immediately and must not create an account or place any wagers. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

3Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bpexch app. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, bpexch app may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held, depending on the circumstances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials — secure and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

bpexch app will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or any channel other than the account login page. If you receive any such request, treat it as suspicious and do not respond.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bpexch app support immediately at [email protected].
• Account details such as name, date of birth and national ID cannot be changed after verification without submitting a formal request and appropriate documentation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to the dormancy policy outlined in the FAQ section.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on bpexch app are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods for your account will be displayed in the Deposit section after login.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your bpexch app PKR balance are generally available for use shortly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution. bpexch app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. bpexch app reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal. Any bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of your account.
• bpexch app does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Attempting to reverse a deposit through your bank or payment provider while the equivalent balance remains in your bpexch app account may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Funds deposited must be your own money — deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted.

5Betting Rules & Market Settlement

All bets placed on bpexch app are subject to the specific rules of each market type. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any market before placing a wager. General principles that apply across all sports betting markets are set out below.

Cricket & PSL Markets: bpexch app covers the full PSL calendar, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches featuring Pakistan and other major cricketing nations. Match winner, session totals, over-by-over markets and player prop bets are available depending on the fixture. In-play betting is available on selected markets during live matches and odds update continuously throughout the game.

• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned or a result cannot be determined, bets on match winner markets are typically voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance. Session markets are settled on runs actually completed within the relevant session. Specific rules per market type are available in the FAQ.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including data errors, market suspension due to external events, or where a bet has been accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds.
• Accumulator bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. One voided selection in an accumulator reduces the number of legs; the acca continues with the remaining selections.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout limit applies per event and per account. This limit is displayed in the relevant market.
• Bet acceptance: Bets are only confirmed when a bet reference number is displayed in your account. A bet that has not been confirmed has not been accepted.

bpexch app reserves the right to suspend or void markets in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: clear evidence of match manipulation, technical failure causing incorrect odds to be published, or events outside normal sporting parameters.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bpexch app may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits or other incentives to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable PKR funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked on qualifying markets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.
• bpexch app reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing commitments already in progress are honoured.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain markets — such as extremely low-odds selections — may not count towards wagering requirements. The qualifying markets will be specified in the offer terms.

7Game Lobby, Bingo & Casino Games

In addition to sports betting, bpexch app provides access to a game lobby that includes slots, live casino tables and bingo. All games operate under the same account and PKR balance as sports betting.

Game outcomes for slots and live casino products are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer play respectively. Return to player (RTP) percentages for slots are displayed in the individual game information screens. bpexch app does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of individual rounds once a wager is placed.

Bingo games operate on scheduled draws. Participation is open while tickets remain available before each draw closes. Prizes are distributed according to the prize structure displayed for each bingo room. Unclaimed prizes are held for a specified period before being returned to the prize pool.

• All game lobby products are for entertainment only and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
• Session history for all game lobby activity is available in your account history section.
• Technical failures during a game round will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned to your PKR balance. If a game is interrupted mid-round and cannot be recovered, bpexch app support will review the session log and resolve the matter.

8Responsible Gaming

bpexch app is committed to promoting a responsible approach to betting and gaming. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. We encourage all users to set personal limits that reflect their entertainment budget — not money required for essential expenses.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexch app. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual, whether to claim additional bonuses or circumvent any restriction applied to an existing account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches or software bugs to place bets at incorrect odds or in markets that have been suspended.
• Colluding with other users or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game, including through deliberate loss in peer-based games.
• Using the platform to launder funds — all accounts are subject to standard financial monitoring and any suspicious transaction patterns will be investigated.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Attempting to place bets on events in which you have inside knowledge that is not publicly available and that could unfairly influence the outcome.

10Intellectual Property

All content on bpexch app — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, written content, graphics, software and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of bpexch app or its content licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any element of the bpexch app platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bpexch app for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading platform software beyond the official app available through the Download section, scraping content, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.

11Limitation of Liability

bpexch app provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high uptime and a stable betting environment, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Decisions made by users based on odds, market information or statistics displayed on the platform — all betting involves risk and past results do not indicate future outcomes.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

In all circumstances, our total liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds currently held in that user's verified account balance at the time the dispute arises.

12Account Suspension & Closure

bpexch app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct, accounts may be suspended immediately without prior notice pending investigation.

Where an account is closed as a result of a Terms violation, any bonus funds or promotional credits will be forfeited. Any verified, withdrawable PKR balance will be returned to the user via their verified payment method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures are processed within a reasonable timeframe and any eligible balance is returned accordingly.

13Changes to These Terms

bpexch app may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect your rights as a user, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform or via the email address associated with your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of bpexch app following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through support.
